The hotel was fine and fairly clean, its location was beautiful to Izumi-chou station which cost around Y1700-1900 per trip, great service. The rooms were luxurious and good-sized with the coffee, the balcony, bath, just what we needed.

I had high hopes for this place, but i was utterly dismayed. The cleanliness was atrocious-dust everywhere and bathrooms that seemed untouched. Shocking! I expected more coffee and tea in my room, having to forage for milk was unacceptable. Alas, no one offered me an upgrade. I almost gave a good review, but i just couldn't.

The coffee and tea supply in the room left something to be desired, resulting in a bit of a hassle to get more from the front desk and kitchen. Cancellation issues arose with my credit card being unexpectedly canceled multiple times without explanation, causing some unnecessary frustration .

The room was really comfy, great. That breakfast spread was 10/10, definitely a highlight! One thing I noticed was the shuttle could've been more frequent, made waiting a bit tedious at times. It was a lovely stay, just a tiny hiccup here and there.
